Pepaws Steak Recipe

Delicious Ribeyes

4 ribeyes, 1 to 2 inches thick

Brush each side of steaks with

Pepaw's Marinade, place in a

zip lock bag, and pour 1/2 cup of

marinade over steaks.  Seal bag,

shake to coat each steak good, and

place in refrigerator overnight. 

While grilling, baste each steak with

marinade as they cook.
